Your walkthrough defines the accessible areas, surface-appropriate methods and tasks included in the plan. We coordinate cleaning with your move schedule, building access and occupancy dates.

Office & Tenant Spaces

Clean accessible work areas and shared surfaces within the agreed scope. We review furniture remaining, room access and surface finishes so the plan fits your office or tenant space.

Restrooms & Break Areas

Clean fixtures, sinks, counters and cabinetry exteriors with suitable products. Interior cabinetry is included only when emptied and specifically agreed in the cleaning scope.

Floors & Traffic Areas

Vacuum or mop agreed floor and traffic areas using methods appropriate to the surface and finish. Deeper floor work is reviewed and scoped separately from transition cleaning.

Interior Glass & Touchpoints

Clean agreed accessible interior glass, frames, handles and switches. We select products and tools for each surface and confirm which areas are ready and available for cleaning.

Detail Cleaning

Address doors, baseboards, accessible ledges and remaining dust in agreed areas. We work around furniture left on site and focus on the details identified during your walkthrough.

Move & Occupancy Coordination

Schedule cleaning after movers finish, with building access and occupancy dates confirmed in advance. Any return visits needed after additional move activity are scoped and scheduled separately.
