We start with a walkthrough to review project surfaces, renovation dust, accessible areas and remaining work. Before occupancy, we agree on the cleaning scope, suitable methods, site access and turnover schedule with your team. Any return visits after additional trade work are scoped separately.

Remove renovation dust from accessible ledges, trim and finished surfaces within the agreed scope. We select vacuuming and wiping methods suited to each material and finish.

Floor Cleaning

Clean agreed floor areas with vacuuming, mopping or machine cleaning where suitable. We review new finishes, surface requirements, access and drying time before choosing the method.

Interior Glass & Frames

Clean accessible interior glass, frames and sills included in your scope. Products and tools are chosen for the glazing and finish; labels or residue removal are reviewed before work begins.

Restrooms & Break Areas

Clean accessible fixtures, counters, sinks and agreed touchpoints after installation work. We use surface-appropriate products and confirm which rooms are ready for cleaning before occupancy.

Final Detail Cleaning

Address accessible doors, trim, ledges and other agreed finishing details before handover. We review priority areas with your team and identify work that needs to wait until remaining trades finish.

Turnover Coordination

Plan cleaning around site access, remaining trades and your turnover date. We agree on ready-to-clean zones and timing; return visits after further work are scoped and scheduled separately.
